We are pleased to announce the rollout of our new Synapse Communicator software. If you are a current client of Synapse and we are providing you with support for your desktop PCs and laptop computers you will automatically get access to this software in the coming days. The software will appear as a new icon in your system tray near your clock.
We will add additional features to the communicator as the need arises, however currently this tool will provide a few useful items including:
- It allows us to broadcast urgent and important status updates to you.
- There is an easy link to our contact details.
- There is a link to our new Synapse Client Portal, where you can view the status of open jobs and projects, or request support.
- There is a link to the Synapse Procurement Portal, where you can view and order a range of IT related systems
- You can run an internet speed test.
