We have deployed a new portal that will make it easier for our clients to track where things are up to.
How do I log in?
You can log into the new portal at https://synapseit.myportallogin.com.au/
Don’t worry! You don’t need to remember any new usernames or passwords. You can log in with your existing Microsoft Office 365 email address and password.
We also include a link to the portal on any email correspondence you get from us regarding existing jobs.
What does the portal do for me?
You can all of your own open tickets, see the status of these, and easily provide updates to our team. You can also view previously closed tickets if you need to go back and get historical information.
New tickets can be created from the portal via template, and we have some standard ticket templates defined. This will make it easy for you to request work, and for us to get the work done without having to ask too many extra questions. We will expand the range of templates available over the coming weeks.
Features for office and IT managers
IT managers can be granted access to see all tickets for all staff, and also the status of projects that are currently underway for your business. If you have a contact who is in charge of IT this is great for them to be able to review all of the jobs in the system and where they are up to. Managers can also give additional access to other staff members as they see fit.
If you are a manager at one of our clients and would like to increase your level of access in the portal please email us at email@example.com and we will take care of this for you.
What if I don’t like portals?
Some people like to interact with us online, but some prefer to just pick up the phone and talk to us. You don’t need to use the portal if you prefer not to. We’re always happy for you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 1300 903 405 for anything you need.
